ABOUT DISTANCE JOGGER

Instead of telling you how many courses I’ve done, how many years of experience I have, how passionate I am about sports and healthy lifestyle, I would rather tell you why I have decided to create the Distance Jogger website.

Wanting to share my knowledge and ideas has been stuck in my head since quite a while. I have never had guts to try and I was a bit afraid to really pursue my need. I have been working in the Fitness Industry for almost ten years now and up until today I always thought that working with my clients was sufficient and I should dedicate all my time to them and to my profession.

Recently I have realized that I want more. I need more. So I seek more.

I want to reach more people, I want to help more people. I want to involve bigger audience into changing their lives.

I want you to realise that becoming healthier, happier and more active is not as big as it may seem.

I find a lot of fun in (yes, surprisingly) running and Pilates workouts, so I’d like to show you how a combination of these two can transform your body and your lifestyle.
